Shipping Policy
All orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner service availability, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp so you can monitor your shipment status.
Shyam Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, transportation issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation. Promotional free shipping offers may apply on selected orders.
Returns & Replacement Policy
We accept returns or replacements only in approved situations such as:
• Damaged product received
• Wrong item delivered
• Defective product received
To qualify for return or replacement:
• Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Product tags must remain intact
• Unboxing video and product images may be required for verification
Once approved, replacement or return processing will begin. If the same product is unavailable, we may provide store credit, exchange, or a similar product of equal value.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns, exchanges, or replacements may not be accepted for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Minor color differences due to lighting/screen display

• Custom-made or altered products
Refund Information
