At Shyam Clothing, we are committed to providing high-quality women ethnic wear, including kurtis, suits, lehengas, and festive fashion collections. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only within a limited time after placing the order, before the order is processed for dispatch. Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Shyam Clothing reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment issues, incomplete customer details, or suspicious activity.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in specific approved situations. Once an order is successfully delivered, refunds may not be available unless the issue qualifies under our return conditions.

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
• Order cancelled by Shyam Clothing before dispatch
• Payment deducted but order not successfully confirmed
• Product out of stock after successful payment
• Approved return request for damaged or incorrect product

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds may not be applicable for:
• Delivered products without valid issue
• Wrong size selected by customer
• Change of mind after purchase
• Minor color variations due to screen display differences
• Delay caused by courier services beyond our control

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with product images and order details. After verification, we will offer replacement or refund as applicable.

Exchange Policy

Exchange requests may be accepted based on product eligibility and stock availability. Custom-made or special offer products may not be eligible for exchange.
